As you add items to your shopping bag, we will display your bag in the right hand corner of your screen, including the item name, quantity, and price per unit. We will automatically save the items in your shopping bag for 45 days. You do not need to sign in to save or access your bag if you are using the same computer. If you are using a different computer, you will need to sign in to see your bag.
Gap Online limits purchases to five items of any style per customer per day. If you're interested in buying a large number of items for a company, school, or other organization, please call 1.800.GAPSTYLE, and select option 1. Gap does not authorize the purchase of merchandise for resale.
Select your gift packaging during checkout. Simply check "Include Gift Box" on the Gift Services page. Gap Online offers two gift packaging options: complimentary or premium.
If you would like to wrap the gift yourself, request complimentary unassembled boxes with your order during checkout. With this option, we supply one complimentary Gap box for every three paid items ordered. Complimentary boxes are shipped flat for assembly and wrapping at home.
If you'd like premium gift wrap service, select the appropriate box during checkout. The charge for this service is $5 per order.
Type your message in the box provided (limit 150 characters) to include a complimentary personal gift message with your order. We'll print your message on a special Gap note card, insert it in an envelope, and send it with your gift. There is a limit of one gift message per order.
If you indicate that your order is a gift, we will automatically include a gift receipt that lists the items, but not their prices. Items can be exchanged or returned through Gap Online or at any Gap, GapKids, or babyGap store in the U.S. with a gift receipt.
