California Paving and Grading Company, Inc. was founded in 1941. At that time the company was known as Goode and Schroeder, Inc. It was one of the only privately owned asphalt plants in the Los Angeles area. In 1977 the company changed its name to California Paving and Grading Company, Inc.
CPG serves all of Southern California specializing in professional services as; asphalt paving, concrete paving, seal coating, fine grading, striping and petromat. The materials and products they use are of the highest quality and grade.
